SAS Aviation Pte. Ltd. to Launch Civil Aviation Component MRO shortly forming new Company to support the same.
The new company will be based out of Chennai and branches at capital city Delhi ( Noida) and in India’s aviation city Bangalore. Planning to enter into Civil Aircraft Maintenance. The new entity will be preparing swiftly for the launch shortly as its documentation part for PART 145 Approval from Indian DGCA is at final stages.
New Entity will be partnering with two Europe based companies to further boost its presence in Indian Aviation industry. Sharavan Aero expanding its horizons to launch Part 145 Repair Station in Middle East. Await for the launching date shortly.
SAS Aviation signs JV with Poland company ALL4Jets for sharing the technologies to maintain A 320 and B 737 in India. SAS forms a special purpose vehicle to accommodate the new venture and start to build wide body hanger at Tirupathi International Airport.
